PMG Print Management has a straightforward approach to customer care, service and support - essentially we treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves.

PMG Print Management enjoys good, ongoing working relationships with our clients. Typically, this allows our staff to create friendly and supportive partnerships with all the members of your team.

PMG Print Management clients’ are provided with telephone numbers for all key members of our team, so there is always someone available to talk to you.

PMG Print Management is committed to ensuring that your issues are addressed promptly. Typically our offices are open 8.30am – 6.00pm, however your Account Manager will also endeavour to respond to calls outside office hours.

PMG Print Management will regularly review our service levels, taking into consideration customer feedback and suggestions.

PMG Print Management will respect confidentiality by holding information regarding clients securely, and not releasing it to unauthorised persons or organisations.

PMG Print Management will treat all clients’ fairly, with respect and sensitivity.  We will always endeavour to meet the specific needs of our customers, and demonstrate our commitment to our Equal Opportunities Policy.
