Employee Development Policy

PMG Print Management recognises that its most important resource is its employees.   It is aware that the quality of its staff and the service they give is essential in satisfying the Company’s business objectives.

PMG Print Management will provide continual development for all employees to keep them up to date with all modern practices and technologies.

PMG Print Management has a training and development plan, endorsed by the Company Directors’.  All employees are expected to co-operate in the implementation of this plan.

PMG Print Management will identify the development needs of its employees through:

  • Development questionnaires
  • Annual performance appraisals
  • Individual requests from employees

PMG Print Management will provide all new employees with induction training.

PMG Print Management is aware of its legal duties under The Health and Safety at Work etc.  Act 1974 Section 2 (2)(c) to provide adequate information, instruction and training for its employees and its duties under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, (as amended) regulation 13(2) to provide all employees with adequate health and safety training and competent persons to suit the nature of work undertaken.
